Effekter av inducerad hypotermi på hjärna och hjärta efter hjärtstillestånd Patienter i coma efter hjärtstillestånd vårdas på IVA och en majoritet behandlas med hypotermi i neuroprotektivt syfte. Hypotermins effekt på hjärtat är dåligt känd. I samarbete med sjukhusen i Malmö och Helsingborg samlar vi fortlöpande data från behandlade patienter och följer upp med återbesök hos neurolog efter 6 mån.Effects of actively induced hypothermia on the brain and the heart after cardiac arrest. Patients in coma after cardiac arrest will be treated by actively induced hypothermia in the intensive care ward with the aim of being neuroprotective.
