New PhD research project for sustainable robotic architecture

The bioDigital matter research group, the graduate school associated with Digital Architecture and Emergent Futures, just received funding for a new PhD project exploring robotics, 3d printing, and sustainable materials in architecture. In the project, our PhD student will develop feedback mechanisms for nonlinear 3d printing of climate-smart materials such as clay at large, architectural scales.
