Retroviral display of antibody fragments; interdomain spacing strongly influences vector infectivity
Five different single-chain antibody fragments (scFv) against human cell-surface antigens were displayed on murine ecotropic retroviral vectors by fusing them to the Moloney SU envelope glycoprotein.
