Nonlinear response of a quantum cascade laser in a high intensity electromagnetic field
A theoretical study is presented, in which the nonlinear response of a bi-ased Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) is calculated. The calculations are based on the nonequilibrium Green’s function formalism.
