We give a basic uniqueness theorem in the inverse spectral theory for a Sturm-Liouville equation with a weight which is not of one sign. It is shown that the theorem may be applied to the spectral problem associated with the Camassa-Holm integrable system which models shallow water waves.
This study seeks to find answers to the question of how much competition is introduced by different types of regulation aimed at promoting electricity generated with renewable energies. For this purpose the partial equilibrium model is applied. Further analysis of the costs of governance for two realised regulations, the German EEG and the Texas RPS, is based on Transaction Cost Economics.

The spectra display satellites of the main Ga 3d emission line, and the intensity of these satellites resonate at this threshold.
